Compensation & Temp-to-Hire Structure
$28.00 – $31.00 per hour, based on experience.
This position will begin as a full-time, hourly temp-to-hire assignment through TrendHR. The temporary portion of the assignment is expected to last approximately four months, with the intention of transitioning the successful employee into a permanent position with the client.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long-term employment, while having the opportunity to join the organization, learn the team and responsibilities, and demonstrate their abilities during the initial temp-to-hire period.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Benefits or HR professional who enjoys being the person employees and HR leaders can rely on when navigating benefits and leave questions.
- Rather than focusing on one narrow area of HR, you'll have exposure to benefits administration, leave management, compliance, Workers' Compensation, vendor relationships, employee support, and HR operations.
- Most importantly, this isn't intended to simply be a short-term project. The goal is to find someone who can become a long-term member of the HR team following the approximately four-month temp-to-hire period.
This opportunity is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys detailed work, understands the importance of compliance, and genuinely likes helping employees navigate important benefits and leave decisions.
